Job Description Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM and related functional areas) Translate business requirements into system configurations Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT support) Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide ongoing support Collaborate closely with client managers and functional stakeholders Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience in Workday configuration Strong understanding of HCM business processes Experience working with large enterprise clients ͏ Areas of Responsibility         Requirement Gathering-Understand the functional requirements and assist in translating these into technical specifications. " Technology Harmonisation-Support integration testing by validating interface behaviour and identifying basic issues.
