Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to resolve priority incident tickets and service requests while contributing to incident analysis, change request preparation, and continuous service improvement. ͏ Advanced Active Directory skills including GPOs, building, and upgrading domains, forests, RODC server core, site topology, domain & trust, LDAP integration with apps, security/delegation control, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Schema update and certificate trust. Adding and removing domain controllers.
