Job Description Role Overview:- We are looking for an SBC Engineer responsible for the troubleshooting SBC issues at L3 level. This is an operations role and resource is expected to resolve complex troubleshooting issues related to Nokia SBC in Live Networks. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SBC platforms Very good SBC troubleshooting knowledge Execute software upgrades, patching, health checks, and system optimization Perform backup, restore, and redundancy configurations (HA and Geo-redundancy) Prepare MOPs for different change requests in live environments and implementation artifacts for deployments and upgrades Coordinate with end customer teams and provide RCA Strong Knowledge of 4G/5G IMS architectures, VoLTE/VoNR services, and call flows Monitor system KPIs and ensure SLA compliance Experience with Bare-metal, virtualized, and cloud SBC deployments Exposure to Openstack/Openshift, VMware, and Kubernetes-based CNF environments NOTE: Candidate should be comfortable working for APAC/JAPAN customers ͏ Areas of responsibility Gathering of requirements-Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure clear, structured documentation.
