Job Description Wipro’s People and Change consulting practice blends deep technology expertise with a people-first approach to help organizations navigate digital disruption and transformation. The role will lead the People & Change practice for Wipro Consulting’s India Consulting Hub, across offerings including Organizational Change Management, Human Resource Transformation, Learning & Development, Building AI-powered Organizations etc. This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the practice, driving growth, innovation and ensuring delivery excellence across all client engagements.
