Role Summary: The Relationship Manager is responsible for the direct sale of health insurance to customers within an assigned market territory in Delhi NCR. The role sources business across three parallel channels — the Paytm Merchant base, open-market prospecting, and customer referrals — and owns the end-to-end customer journey, from the first conversation through to policy issuance. This is a field-based role carrying an individual sales target.
