Job Description Job Description: Total IT experience-7+ years Primary Skill/ Mandatory Skill: The candidate should be 3+ years of relevant experience, strong incident/problem/change knowledge, mature stakeholder communication, and the ability to monitor and challenge vendors, with datacenter and ITIL knowledge considered beneficial. This team will provide 24x7*365 coverage on a rotational roster, handling incident, problem, change, and request fulfillment workflows while coordinating hardware vendors and facilities teams. The main incidents are hardware and facility related.
