Job Description Project Manager The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery . Must have 7-10 years of experience. Good understanding on Infra/ DC Operations (Server and Network background) Capable to handle multi-dimensional aspects, CXO reviews etc Experience on ITSM/ITAM, Incident/Problem/Process/Knowledge Team of 10+ handling experience Account governance/ understanding on dashboard & reports Set & review KPIs of OM/ Ops leads Billing/Efforts loading towards revenue accrual Complete projects within set timelines while mitigating risks that could cause the project to delay.
