Job Description Capgemini is seeking a Director / Senior Director-level growth leader to build and scale a new UK-India CIS growth motion from India. The role will position India as a strategic engine for expansion across UK-headquartered accounts with significant India operations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), offshore delivery footprints and transformation agendas. The successful candidate will connect UK account teams, India Client Leaders, GCC stakeholders, CIS sales, solutioning and delivery teams to identify whitespace, shape strategic pursuits and convert client access into qualified pipeline, bookings and revenue growth.
