Job Description Backend Tech Architect Experience- 10+ Years Location- Bangalore 5 days work from office Key Requirements: 10+ years of backend engineering experience Strong expertise in GoLang , Microservices , and GCP Experience designing and scaling high-availability, cloud-native systems Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Security, and Observability Experience with Kafka/Event-Driven Architectures Expertise in performance optimization, distributed systems, and system design Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices Primary Skills: GoLang, GCP, Microservices, Kafka, CI/CD, DevOps, Observability, System Design. Role: Lead backend architecture, ensure reliability and scalability, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders on delivery and roadmap decisions.
