Job Description Job Title : Global Employment & Labor Laws Compliance Manager ((India & Global Oversight) Function: Global People Operations (GPO) Location: India: Bangalore (with global interface) Role Purpose There are about 9000 compliances across 62 countries that Wipro needs to comply with to ensure a “licence to operate”. The Labour Laws & Employment Compliance Leader is responsible for ensuring comprehensive compliance with employment and labour legislations across India and other operating countries and entities of Wipro. The role provides strategic oversight, regulatory assurance, litigation support, and stakeholder governance across employment compliance, statutory remittances, audits, policy implementation, and risk management, while partnering closely with HR, ERM, Legal, C&B, Audit, CISO, Business teams and external partners.
