Job Description for a Lead Business Consultant Core requirements: 10 + years of experience in the Financial Services industry or IT industry. Education: · MBA, Finance specialization preferred, or equivalent education in Finance · CFA, FRM, CIPM certifications preferred Capital Market domain experience In-depth knowledge in several areas of capital market, especially foreign exchange. The candidate should have exposure in working in the front, middle and back office and have worked in any one or more of the following areas: Equities/ Fixed Income / Derivative Trade Life Cycle, Corporate Actions Events and Instructions processing, Trade and Order Management, Trade processing, Investment Accounting, and Reconciliation.
