Position Summary: The Associate, Business and Competitive Intelligence is responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and usability of Salesforce CRM data across designated accounts and contacts. This role serves as a key owner of account and contact criteria, ensuring records are consistently reviewed, corrected, enriched, and aligned to agreed business development standards. The position supports commercial growth by performing structured CRM updates, quality control checks against approved external platforms, and ongoing data hygiene activities that improve segmentation, targeting, reporting, and outreach readiness for the Business Development teams.
