Job Description: Assistant Manager – Purchase Financing / B2B BNPL Function: Business / Product – Embedded Finance & Anchor Partnerships Location: Gurugram Reporting to: Senior Manager / Director of SMB Lending Experience Required: 3-5 years overall, with 2+ years specifically in Purchase Financing / Supply Chain Financing (SCF) / B2B BNPL Education: MBA / CA / PGDM from a reputed institute About the Role We are looking for a hands-on operator to run our Supply Chain Financing / Purchase Financing programs. This role sits one level below the program owner and is responsible for keeping existing anchor partnerships running smoothly day-to-day — Funnel management, MIS reporting, Managing invoicing and escalations, and importantly internal and external partner stakeholder management. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to build deep operational and product fluency in embedded lending before moving into a program-ownership role.
