Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA s ensuring client satisfaction ͏ Application Support Engineer (L2) Domain: Banking & Financial Services Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad (Client Location) Experience: 3–5 Years Key Skills: Window/ AIX/ Linux/ Redhat OpenShift/Basic SQL/ hands on with Monitoring tools, Strong troubleshooting /Understanding of ITIL processes Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer (L1) (L2) to provide end-to-end production support for mission-critical banking applications running on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) platforms. The role involves production incident management, application deployments, monitoring, release management, and cloud migration support. The candidate will work closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, DBA, Security, and Business teams to ensure high application availability, operational excellence, and SLA compliance.
