Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to resolve priority incident tickets and service requests while contributing to incident analysis, change request preparation, and continuous service improvement. ͏ We are looking for a ServiceNow/SamPro Administrator/Specialist with strong administration, development, and support skills on ServiceNow SAM/HAM. The ServiceNow Developer role will work closely with business and product teams to achieve the desired outcome within the Agile Methodology.
