Job Description Timings – 10AM to 6:30PM Location Constrain : HYD rate :- 180K/M exp :- 8+ years JD : Strong MSSQL fundamentals, including hands-on experience in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and core database concepts. Cloud exposure is desirable, candidates with solid MSSQL expertise and basic to moderate cloud knowledge would be a good fit for the role. Extensive experience in MSSQL database administration, including high availability setups such as Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, and log shipping Strong focus on database performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimisation Hands-on experience with backup/recovery, disaster recovery planning, patching, and vulnerability remediation Responsibility for incident management (P1/P2), production support, and system monitoring Exposure to Azure SQL platforms mainly from a migration and infrastructure management perspective Emphasis on automation (PowerShell/Python) and operational efficiency Additionally, the primary responsibilities outlined in the JD revolve around: Managing and supporting database environments to ensure availability, performance, and security Handling database lifecycle activities such as upgrades, patching, and restoration Driving operational monitoring, incident resolution, and system stability Supporting cloud migration initiatives from an infrastructure/DBA standpoint Based on these responsibilities, the role aligns more closely with: Cloud/Infrastructure Practice (IM / AMS) Database Administration / Platform Operations ͏ Areas of responsibility           Triaging and resolution of tickets-"Perform initial triage for high priority incident tickets (P2 tickets) which may have an impact across one or more processes and resolve priority incident (P3) tickets within defined SLAs.
